How Can I Cancel My Subscription?

Cancel your subscription anytime. You can cancel your subscription by following the below steps.

To view cancel a subscription:

1. Log in to your Onstipe account.
2. Move the cursor to your Name (located on the top right corner).
3. Select My Account from the drop-down menu.
4. Click on Cancel Subscription under the Plan Detail tab.

Plan canceling request will take up to 24 hours to effect.

You can't cancel an event plan. It will expire automatically when your event plan time ends.
